Join Clarkson alumni around the country along with alumni and students on campus for Clarkson Serves!! Help us reach our goal of alumni & students nationwide participating together in service.

In Washington, D.C. we're partnering with Friends of Accotink Creek as part of the 25th annual Potomac Watershed Cleanup! On Saturday, April 20th, we'll meet in the parking lot at P.J. Skidoo (9908 Fairfax Blvd), walk to the cleanup location and work from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

We recommend sturdy work shoes, long pants, and long sleeves. Wading gear also helps, since much of the trash is in the water. Water, bags, and work gloves will be available. If you have them, bring reusable supplies to reduce waste (bags, gloves, personal water bottle, etc.).

To join our group please sign up below - each pre-registered volunteer is guaranteed a t-shirt! If you have questions, please email chapter president Matt Rizzolo '03 at

Volunteers will enjoy the experience and come away feeling fulfilled. We hope you'll join fellow alumni in April and help us support the needs of our communities!

More information on the Potomac Watershed Cleanup can be found on the Friends of Accotink Creek website and also on the Alice Ferguson Foundation website
