 *Claire St. Louis '93, SPHR is the Human Practice Leader for the MESA Research Group. She spent 15 years with United Water, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources for Contract Services. She has extensive experience in talent and succession management, employee onboarding and engagement, training and development, communication strategy and branding, customer relations, organizational effectiveness, and human capital planning.
