In today's world, to succeed in your job or career you need to go beyond just "doing a good job." Work-life has gotten more complicated; you need to actively manage your career trajectory, your work relationships, and your bosses' perceptions of your work. In addition, many of us are so happy to receive an offer for a job we want that we say “yes” way too quickly! The result: we miss an opportunity to set ourselves up for success!  A more effective approach involves negotiating both the job and the compensation before accepting.  In this talk, you’ll learn about how to apply the six keys to success on the job to improve your chances of on-the-job success as well as the factors that need to be in place for you to get promoted. Lastly, you’ll learn a strategic approach to negotiating both the job and your compensation that will put you ahead of the game!
