How Marketers Can Build the Brand and Ultimately Wow Wall Street and Dazzle the CFO
There is an opportunity and leap forward waiting for the brave, courageous few willing to truly evaluate their next marketing decision. Marketers have two big decisions to make: 1) how to better leverage the brand and 2) how to optimize investment behind it. Success is not tied to one or the other, marketers need to understand both. Doing so will not only support growth, but more closely align marketing with finance.

Alan Hart, managing partner of Keen Strategy, will lead an interactive presentation on how marketing can win over the CFO. This is not the usual talk of building executive relationships or the number of steps to a successful plan. This presentation is an introspective into questioning what we attempt to do as marketers and how to, if we can truly evaluate our own actions, chart a path towards driving not only the strategy but the stock performance of our company. He will describe how companies, like Campbell Soup Company, are driving higher sales with less marketing spend and making “Wall Street” say “Are you crazy? You’re doing what?”
