ANSCHUTZ MEDICAL CAMPUS
University of Colorado License Plates
Alumni and friends of the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus may purchase CU license plates and drive in CU style!
To purchase CU License Plates, a $50 donation to the Anschutz Medical Campus Scholarship Fund is required and will be charged below. Funds through this program are raised with the goal of awarding scholarships to all students at Anschutz Medical Campus.
The donation applies to the purchase of license plates for one vehicle. Any additional vehicle plate requests will be assessed another donation to the scholarship fund.
Approximately two (2) weeks after CU receives your application and payment, the Alumni Association will mail you an “Alumni License Plate Approval Certificate.” This certificate proves you are eligible to purchase your CU License Plates and is required by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or your local county clerk's office.
Take the certificate, along with your registration, to the DMV and/or the local county clerk’s office to obtain your non-personalized CU License Plates. You will pay standard license and registration fees, plus a one-time $60 fee to the DMV or county clerk, in addition to the scholarship donation.
Thank you for your interest in CU License Plates and for your support of student scholarships.
