Objectives of this Update Course:
  • Effectively apply principles of biomechanics to exercise progression.
  • Appreciate cardiovascular exercise guidelines to optimize exercise progression.
  • Apply resistance exercise guidelines to optimize exercise progression.
  • Understand when and how to incorporate dynamic stabilization exercises.
  • Refine clinical prioritization of exercise progression (considering cardiovascular, resistance and dynamic stabilization objectives).
