Pointers at the Pabst Mansion hosted by Dawn Day Hourigan '93
  August 1, 2013 6:00 PM
  August 1, 2013 9:00 PM
Pabst Mansion in Milwaukee 2000 W Wisconsin Ave  Milwaukee, WI 53233

Alumna Dawn Day Hourigan '93, didn't set out to run a mansion, but that is exactly what happened!

Dawn came to UW-Stevens Point to study anthropology and discovered a love of preservation while working as an assistant to the director at the Pabst Mansion. After completing a master's degree in museum science from UW-Milwaukee, she was promoted to Executive Director of the Mansion where she has been creating historical experiences for visitors for 18 years.

Wanting to give back to her alma mater, Dawn is hosting our group in the Pabst Mansion to share her Pointer story, her passion for history, and her love of all things Wisconsin!

With music, food from Davian's catering, elegant ambience, an exciting campus update from Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Al Thompson, Jr., and a visit from Captain Pabst himself, this is an event you don't want to miss!
