Description:

Please join the Williams Metro New York Association (NYEphs) for a lively discussion on the history and relevance of the food we purchase and its impact on the environment as well as a tasting of local fare. Learn about the history and future of GreenMarket, explore how Williams seeks to incorporate principles of sustainability into its dining practices and the fabric of campus life and also learn about investment strategies and businesses aimed at making agriculture more sustainable. Also, you can take your new knowledge to your tastebuds, with delicious, sustainable creations from Print Restaurant.

Guests will have an opportunity to participate in a discussion with the panelists, then continue the conversation on Print's the rooftop lounge.

Print is a seasonally inspired farm-to-table restaurant located in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen. The menu incorporates sustainable ingredients from New York area regional farms and local vendors sourced by their in-house forager, Johanna Kolodny '01.

Please scroll down to the bottom of the screen to register and pay by credit card (or you can mail a check after you register on-line).
